Clean Queen has been responsive via phone and email which I appreciate. I was also notified when the cleaner was on her way which was nice. The cleaner that cleaned my home did a great job cleaning our kitchen - especially the outside of the oven and microwave. She also did a good job dusting window blinds and vacuuming. I was a little disappointed that our baseboards or windows didn’t appear to be cleaned since we requested a one time deep clean and I would have preferred that two individuals came to clean instead of one since we have a bigger house. Overall I would use Clean Queen again!

If your home is on the smaller side, a monthly house cleaning may be enough, however, we recommend more frequent cleaning for larger homes with kids and animals.
Though we make every effort to have the same tech cleaning the same houses, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent that from happening. In this instance, rest assured that the person coming in to clean is just as capable as your previous tech.
